There is a program with ceremonies, singing together, and Karma Yoga. <\/p>\n<p><u>Friday (evening)<\/u><\/p>\n<p>7:00 PM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)<\/p>\n<p><u>Saturday<\/u><\/p>\n<p>6:30 AM: Silent meditation fire or silent havan (Vedic fire ceremony)<\/p>\n<p>8:00 AM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)<\/p>\n<p>9:00 AM: Breakfast followed by Karma Yoga<\/p>\n<p>9:30 AM: Tour and introduction for new visitors<\/p>\n<p>1:15 PM: Prasad (warm lunch)<\/p>\n<p>After lunch: Break and rest until 4:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>4:00 PM \u2013 6:00 PM: Karma Yoga<\/p>\n<p>7:00 PM: Aarti<\/p>\n<p>8:00 PM: Simple evening meal<\/p>\n<p>10:00 PM: Silence, rest<\/p>\n<p><u>Sunday<\/u><\/p>\n<p>6:00 AM: Silent meditation fire in the dhuni<\/p>\n<p>7:00 AM: Paduka Puja in the Babaji Kutir (chalet); a ceremony to invite Mahavatar Babaji into everyone&#8217;s heart<\/p>\n<p>8:00 AM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)<\/p>\n<p>10:00 AM: Festive havan (fire ceremony) at the open fire site<\/p>\n<p>Around 11:30 AM: Karma Yoga<\/p>\n<p>Around 1:30 PM: Prasad (warm lunch)<\/p>\n<p>After lunch: Break and rest until 4:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>4:00 PM \u2013 6:00 PM: Karma Yoga<\/p>\n<p>7:00 PM: Aarti<\/p>\n<p>8:00 PM: Simple evening meal<\/p>\n<p>10:00 PM: Silence, rest<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Arrival is possible on Friday afternoon or on Saturday, preferably not between 2:00-4:00 PM due to the rest period.<\/p>\n<p>You can register via the contact form or send an email to <a href=\"mailto:sadashivadham@gmail.com\">sadashivadham@gmail.com<\/a> indicating when and what time you want to come and how many nights you wish to stay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Babaji weekends are a great opportunity to get acquainted with the rhythm of life at the ashram.
