On Friday and Saturday

6:00 AM: Silent meditation fire or silent havan (Vedic fire ceremony)

7:00 AM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)

8:00 AM: Breakfast followed by Karma Yoga (yoga of work, ashram activities)

1:15 PM: Prasad (warm lunch)

After lunch: Break and rest

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Karma Yoga

7:00 PM: Aarti

8:00 PM: Simple evening meal

10:00 PM: Silence, rest

On Sunday and Monday

6:30 AM: Havan (Vedic fire ceremony)

8:00 AM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)

9:00 AM: Breakfast followed by Karma Yoga

1:15 PM: Prasad (warm lunch)

After lunch: Break and rest

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Karma Yoga

7:00 PM: Aarti

8:00 PM: Simple evening meal

10:00 PM: Silence, rest

On Tuesday through Thursday

7:00 AM: Aarti (light ceremony and chanting of mantras)

8:00 AM: Breakfast

9:00 AM: Karma Yoga

1:15 PM: Prasad (warm lunch)

After lunch: Break and rest

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Karma Yoga

7:00 PM: Aarti

8:00 PM: Simple evening meal

10:00 PM: Silence, rest

In the early morning and late afternoon, prior to the Aarti, there is an opportunity for Japa, meditation, or yoga exercises.
