Ashram messages are regularly sent by email.
At least once a year, an extensive newsletter (printed and as a PDF) is published with news and articles from the ashram, about Babaji’s teachings, and the upcoming agenda. Usually, the newsletter is dedicated to a specific theme. If you wish, you can also submit your own contribution (text, image, or both).
